Today, my Akismet setting shown me that it has caught more than 10000 spam comments for me. It has really been a big help for me specially for a blog not older than a year since it started getting spam (June 2006)!
According to ClusterMaps visitor stats, for every 4 visitors, I have been getting one spam comment.
Thank you, Akismet.
Akismet is a great plugin. Lately I too have been getting too many spam comments.
I got some error while commenting on this page, but when I refreshed, the comment was posted.
