Recently I have installed Broken Link Checker plugin for my blog which checks blog posts for all the broken links and it was a surprise for me to see so many broken links from my past blog posts mostly in starting years of this blog all of which used to work at one time. It was sad to see so many web-links going down from the time of inception of this blog but also felt good to have survived well and been live through all these years while blogging regularly. It was a cumbersome task to remove all those dead links from posts but there was also one major learning that you shouldn’t rely on external links or external content and should host as much content on your website as possible.
Here goes an apology to all those readers who faced difficulty in locating those missing links or images.
