Email Etiquette and Indian Management

Who uses phrases like “passive gossips”, “cribbing sessions” etc. in an official work mail specially when s/he is quite high in hierarchy (of the level of an architect)?

It happens and it is quite annoying. I was wondering about so called email etiquette and how Indian Management  generally ignores it.

Then a senior person at work showered few words of wisdom –

Most of the dogs remain indulged in barking. They are too coward to come in open and debate. Others who prefer not to be dogs at all, believe in their work and don’t care about distractions.

It was after another senior guy replied very harshly to same mail which was meant for humor originally.

Just writing here as a placeholder for the date when this conversation happened and how my office management supported the brutal baseless allegations.
