After recent notorious firing by Sapient and big haul over the sudden action, other companies in India are trying to play it safe. According to recent rumors, Headstrong has taken a quite safer way to get employees out of org. First there was firing of very few employees keeping it low, then there was order for all bench employees to not to come to office on Friday. Later it was announced that those employees will not be getting paid for Fridays on which they are asked not to come. And next step is speculated to be taken in next month which will result in job-loss of more employees.
This is second company after Sapient which is firing its smart employees from premier institutes like IIT and NIT forming such lame policies.
