Next release of powerful blogging platform – WordPress , has been made. It is WordPress 2.2. There are new features and lot of bug fixes (I mean 200 is really a big number for developers)!
Few add-ons in new release are –
- WordPress Widgets – Drag-n-Drop
- Full Atom support – Think beyond RSS
- new Blogger importer – I still remember that when I had switched to WordPress, there was no component to import my posts from Blogger Blog but there was Blogger API plugin. Now, you have one released by WordPress.
- Infinite comment stream – AJAX rulez.
You can either download full release or the partial files to update your existing WordPress setup.
