I enjoyed reading this story specially when there is very similar scene of financial guys is here in my region :).
My general view says that Real Estate Finance Guys (Brokers or otherwise) are real bastards and they are the toughest people on earth to negotiate with especially when you have your life-long saving at stake and you haven’t any words to go with… no no I am not looking for any house…not at least for more than couple of years (because someone had showered flowers of wisdom over me sometime – Fools build houses and Wise people live inside them :D) plus when I am still waiting and looking out. But I have really this HATE feeling for these Real Estate guys which I don’t think anyone will ever be able to change…
