40 questions about 2006

I came across a post on a not well know blog in blogospehere (just like that of mine few weeks ago!). It is Sheila’s Blog. The post is 40 questions about 2006. Here are the 40 questions she asked and I liked answering them on personal level. Personally I like number 7, so I have tried giving 7 answeres wherever possible (as there is no limit on the number of answers :D).

 

  1. What did you do in 2006 that you’d never done before?
    1. Switched my job (of course for first time)
    2. Bought a bike
    3. Created my website
    4. Blossomed up my blog
    5. Bought 3G mobile
    6. Dived into mobile technology – specifically softwares and learned a lot with the help of my bro
    7. Visited Mumbai
  2. Did you keep your New Years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
    1. I couldn’t.
      • I am really depressed but that was almost impossible for a guy like me although it was my decision to make that resolution…but I think at that time I was quite frustrated.
      • And my big bro – Krishna also wouldn’t have kept his resolution – I am sure and I will confirm it on new year evening :P. We had almost same resolution.
    2. I will definitely make one for new year.
      • Because at least, you have always some thing in your mind to achieve and you never feel aimless ;M).
  3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

    Yes. Sid – my TL. She is a little cute baby and I remember her DOB – June 13. Here name is Yati. I have posted her photo in one of my posts.

  4. Did anyone close to you die?

    No

    1. India

  6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
    1. More Satisfaction
    2. And the thing which I missed in my 2006 resolution

    4. What was your biggest achievement of the year?

      My website – my own home over web

    5. What was your biggest failure?
      1. I never remember them because for me, they happen to be new ways of finding the way things don’t work.
        • One such way was my 2006 resolution!
    6. Did you suffer illness or injury?

      Yes, but minor ones and for very little time

    7. What was the best thing you bought?

      Best things come free in life and I got one such thing – some life-long friends

      One but such names aren’t named in public as the original blogger did but it hurt and they also know that

        • And it will remain forever because every year, I will be watching more of its episode than any other program

        • I didn’t read any. I prefer magazines over them.

      Nothing. I always love what I possess.

      I believe that what I wear becomes fashion. I didn’t get inspired from any.

    30. What kept you sane?

      Family and friends. And coffee which was always with me fro making me feel good. How can I forget Kuljit.

      Aish

      Reservation bill from UPA

      My Bangalore family and friends

      Roomies, Gang and Bhatia whom I met just yesterday

      Always do what interests you and if you don’t get suitable, try to discover it in whatever you are doing
