Finally, today, I have updated my blog with the latest WordPress release – WordPress 2.0.4. It was already running WordPress 2.0.3.
There are several important security updates as the description goes for this stable release. There are above 50 bug-fixes and hence it is highly recommended.
The installation was pretty simple as you just need to upload and replace the old files with the latest versions of files. That’s it. I am not facing any gotcha so far!
Still, if you are concerned, sufficient guidelines are provided at Codex. It is always better to remain updated with the latest.
