Whenever you want to restart you PC, just click this icon, and PC will reboot. It is one of those 11 useful special shortcuts which can be created using this software named – Tooler. It is a small 50 KB utility which contains an executable file. Once run, it asks u for 2 options – Location (which can be one of Start Menu, Programs Menu or Desktop) and Function which has 11 options as shown below –
