Oshiwara police have registered a case of molestation and assault against Mika and his bodyguard, on the basis of Rakhi Sawant’s complaint as she said – “Mika took advantage of our friendship and misbehaved with me. He bit my lips twice and in the process my earring broke”. No arrests have been made though.
