Here is the Indian ODI squad: Rahul Dravid (Captain), Virender Sehwag, Robin Uthappa, Yuvraj Singh, Mohammad Kaif, Suresh Raina, Venugopal Rao, MS Dhoni (Wicketkeeper), Irfan Pathan, Ramesh Powar, Harbhajan Singh, Ajit Agarkar, Sreesanth, Rudra Pratap Singh, Munaf Patel

Coach: Greg Chappell

And West Indies ODI squad for first 2 ODIs includes – Brian Lara (Captain), Chris Gayle, Runako Morton, Ramnaresh Sarwan, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Marlon Samuels, Dwayne Smith, Carlton Baugh (Wicketkeeper), Corey Collymore, Fidel Edwards, Jerome Taylor, Ian Bradshaw, Dwayne Bravo, Dave Mohammed

Coach: Bennett King

It wont be that interesting watching Indian team playing without Sachin (although he isnt in form but there are always some expectations) but still there are terrific forms of Dravid, Yuvraj, Dhoni, Pathan and Bhajji. Then there are more othese young bloods – R P Singh, Uthappa (who has been performing great in India A team at UAE cup), Sreesanth and Munaf. It is good to see Indian team shaping for World Cup quite well after registering win over Pak, NZ and now keeping series draw at UAE.

The last time when India won series in WI was in 1971. I hope that history will be repeated.

Nitesh, Rajinder have confirmed that they will be coming in evening in our multimedia room to join us in watching this match which is supposed to go till 03.00.

All the best, Team India.
