Attrition is the major concern of today’s Indian IT industry and major attrition is happening at big IT companies like Infy, Wipro & TCS although the data is never disclosed.
Here @CE, ppl at big designations are leaving. One TL – Vivek Pandey already left and now, Ashish Ujjwal is also leaving in a week or so. Both are joining at same place. Mir left last week.
One new TL has joined Dataware House team. Amit Kumar Gupta, Ashish Kumar Jha and Shikha Aggarwal are part of it. It seems that firm is going to be short of TLs at this office in some time from now.
